How to read a supplement label
Four things worth checking before anything goes into your routine.
2026-10-18

Serving size
Amounts on a label usually refer to one serving. Make sure you know how many capsules or scoops that is.
Ingredients and amounts
A clear label lists each ingredient with its amount. Blends that hide amounts make it harder to compare products.
Warnings
Read who the product isn't suitable for, and any notes about medication, pregnancy or allergies.
Bring it to your appointment
If in doubt, take the label to your doctor or pharmacist. They can check it against your own situation.
